Sharing our problem’s.

It can often be hard to share our thoughts as many people fear that others will think your crazy or that you may disperse negative energy onto another person. However we all go through emotional stress in life and the saying ‘a problem shared is a problem halved is more than true. Sharing our problems with others can be really befifitial to help depression. Most people in this world are caring enough to listen and will try to understand. Don’t be afraid to speak to people about your problems as bottling them up may seem easier but can be a really painfull experience if you let too much build up inside. Remember you are not alone.
